We know you’ll love your Johnny Hamptons but also understand people change their minds. With that being said, we offer free return shipping on orders over $80 in the contiguous United States. Returns and exchanges must be made within 20 days of shipment. Orders must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return once we have received it. All items must be returned undamaged and unworn besides trying it on to be eligible for a refund. If some of the items are missing or if products show that they have been used, then we have right to reduce your refund amount. Once your return is inspected and qualifies for a refund, your refund will be issued to the original payment method and should arrive within 10 business days. You will not be refunded for the original shipping cost if you selected a faster delivery method and not the free shipping method.

We also offer free exchanges because sometimes you just realize you want a different style, and we want you to have the sunglasses that suit you best. If you would like to exchange your order, please email us at info@johnnyhampton.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page and let us know your order number, what you’re exchanging, and what you would like to exchange for. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a return shipping label for the item you are exchanging. Once your order is received and passes inspection, your new sunglasses will be on their way.

Warranty

We provide a one-year warranty on all sunglasses and eyeglasses from the date of purchase to cover manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover scratches, lost items, accidental damage caused by general use, or the loss of screws due to neglect. Valid proof of purchase is required to be eligible for warranty.

*Please note that mirror lenses are more susceptible to scratches caused by general use.
